1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the NFC EMV Wallet application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.


2. Use of the App

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App.

Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the App to scan cards that do not belong to you or for which you do not have explicit authorization.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Not a Payment Tool: The App is a utility for reading and managing card information. It is NOT a payment processing app.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the data read via NFC.

4. User Responsibilities

Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We recommend enabling the Biometric/PIN security feature within the App.

Data Loss: Since all data is stored locally, deleting the App or clearing its data will result in the loss of all saved card information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including logos, graphics, and code) are the exclusive property of Galaxy Studio Apps and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxy Studio Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial loss or data theft resulting from device compromise.


7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
